De elementen die worden geproduceerd in de fabriek in Genk worden vervolgens op de site gemonteerd. De vakantiewoningen, die beantwoorden aan dezelfde eisen als gewone woningen, verbruiken geen fossiele brandstoffen.\nMachiels Building Solutions (MBS) mocht eerder voor Center Parcs reeds 401 vakantiewoningen bouwen in het grootste vakantiepark van Duitsland, park Allg\u00e4u, gelegen aan de voet van de Alpen. In 2020 engineerde, fabriceerde en leverde MBS 115 houtskelet 3D-aanbouw units voor Center Parcs De Eemhof in Zeewolde (NL). In het Belgische Dilsen-Stokken werden er op de voormalige mijnsite binnen een tijdspanne van 10 maanden, 250 energiezuinige villa\u2019s in houtskeletbouw opgetrokken in het vakantiepark Terhills en heel recent, in mei 2023, opende het Certer Parcs, Park Eifel aan de voet van de Alpen. MBS produceerde voor dit park 80 woningen.\nDe vakantiewoningen voor het vakantiepark Le Bochetay in de Vlaamse Ardennen en voor Buitenhof De Leistert in de omgeving van Roermond (NL) brengen de teller nu op 1.000.\nOp dit moment beschikken we al over de grootste industri\u00eble productiecapaciteit voor houtskeletbouw in de Benelux. Onze productielijnen kunnen in een korte tijd een groot aantal houtskeletbouwelementen produceren, met een gegarandeerde kwaliteit.
