The development in Alt-Hoeselt got under way in October 2015 and was completed within eight months. This speedy work was due to the use of timber frames. The dwellings’ energy levels comply with 2020 standards, partly as a result of their timber-frame construction. The project was designed by Wouter Schrijnenmakers of Hasselt based Beleving Architects BVBA.
